Design thinking is the first step in my process to outlining a need and developing a strategy that finds a way in which design can aid in an improved outcome. I use various techniques and activities rooted in design methodology to gather data and synthesize my learnings as I move further into my creative journey.

User testing is interwoven into my creative process. As I observe users interacting with my design, I utilize the opportunity to be an active listener so I can best understand how my work fits in the context of the problem space.

Synthesizing my learnings through research, testing and refinements ensures I stay rooted in the original “ask.” I hold intention closely and dearly as I plan and execute my designs.
